Hello Hitesh, for bags and backpacks I recommend Sanyuanli (especially for bags made of leather or leather imitate) and the markets south of the Railway Station, for example the Bubugao Square. For fabrics, the best place is the Zhongda Fabric Market. There is no special area for backpack fabrics, so you have to look around to find suitable fabrics.

I recommend you to visit the area around Guangzhou Railway Station. There are about twenty big market buildings and they all specialize in clothing and fashion accessories. The Baima Garment Market is the most famous, but it is also known for its high prices. Currently the markets are closed because of the Chinese New Year Holidays. This year (2020), they will re-open on 9th or 10th of February.
